Members Communication Sub-Committee
Scope and Objectives of the Sub-Committee
To
suggest measures to facilitate more communication between the
Association¡¦s members (both Full and Associate) and the Executive
Committee (¡§EXCO¡¨).
To drive the Association¡¦s website reconstruction project.
To
expand the membership of the Association by acting as the coordinating point
for membership recruitment.

Suggestions on Immediate Measures to Improve Communication
Requested the Chairman to draft a short message highlighting the major points in the most recent EXCO meeting when sending the minutes of the meeting via email to members (implemented).
Send
the weekly HKEJ article via an email link to all members (implemented).
Send
out regular ¡§What¡¦s New?¡¨ email messages to members highlighting major
events in the market or with the Association.
Each
Sub-Committee should set up its own corner in the Association¡¦s website.
Expanded
the content of the website to include market data such as Exchange Fund
Bills and Notes yields and interest rate swap levels.
Incorporated
new issue and league table information into the website.
Created
a Members-Only log-in system to facilitate online voting for members.
The reconstructed and revamped HKCMA website has been successfully launched and all members/visitors will be able to access much more substantial information in a user friendly and visually attractive setting.
