Events
The sub-committee was formed in May 2002. To date its principal remit has been to represent HKCMA¡¦s views on proposals for reform of Hong Kong securities laws. The sub-committee has made three detailed submissions in response to the consultation of the SFC on guidelines and class exemptions for promotion of the debt market in Hong Kong.
